Agility & Plyometrics

Plyometrics drills involve stopping, starting and changing directions in an explosive manner. By enhancing balance and control of body positions during movement, agility should improve.

Strength training is a type of physical exercise specializing in the use of resistance to induce muscular contraction which builds the strength, anaerobic endurance, and size of skeletal muscles

Cardio Endurance

Cardiovascular endurance is the ability of the heart, lungs and blood vessels to deliver oxygen to your body tissues. The more oxygen delivered to its tissues, the lower your breathing rate is.
