Our Cardio endurance training is built around performing aerobic exercises to improve an athlete's ability to sustain prolonged exercise for minutes & hours. Within basketball it will allow players to extend the length of time they can perform at a high level.

Just like the other programs, the cardio endurance program is built around the bronze, silver and gold system. Bronze requires players to perform an aerobic exercise of their choosing for 30 minutes, silver requires 45 minutes and gold will push players to perform for an hour. Choose the aerobic exercise most accessable to you and complete the logbook to keep track of your progress.
